Everything that Comes Around Goes Around


Doesn't it seem that one day carbs are bad for you and the next day it is fats? One day eat every 3 hours and the next day fasting is better? Sun causes cancer and now we are Vitamin D deficient? Caffeine is killing our adrenals! No caffeine helps us burn fat! Long and slow exercise utilizes more fat! Interval training will make you lean! Ahhhhh!
What are we to believe?
Well, I have a theory.
Use your intuition! Be your own guide.
Listen to and read scientific research and then use your own logic and reasoning.
I remember when I was little and I was home sick with a cold. My mom would tell me to go in the yard and get some sun. She said I would feel better. I did. Always. The sun is our friend. Of course I am not advocating sitting at the beach for hours without sunscreen but I am saying we need to absorb Vitamin D. Vitamin D deficiency is a problem in our world today. Deficiencies can cause osteoporosis, heart disease, hypertension, autoimmune diseases, certain cancers, depression, chronic fatigue, or chronic pain.
So, get outside today. Eat lunch outside. Take a walk. You will feel alive and happier!
