Good Mobility is a must before Working Out



I know our Members have seen a change in the training as of late. WE are implementing some ideas that have been used in athletes for years. Hey. . .you are an athlete too right?
So, when you are asked to skip, hop, do some foam rolling, and bird dogs, know that you are being trained like an athlete. We want only the best for you and your goals!!
