Functional Warm up

All of the following exercises are performed for 45 sec:

Hanging Ab Raises
Russian Squats
Pullups
Sprints

2-3 sets

Ab work
Ball Plank 45 sec
Ball Jacknife 45 sec
Ball Rollout 45 sec

2-3 sets

Step ups 10 per leg 12-15 lbs
Walking lunges 12-15 per leg 12-15 lbs
Step ups 8 per leg 12-15 lbs
Walking Lunges 12-15 per leg 12-15lbs
Pushups 15
Squats 20
